• Junior or senior level college hours with a major in Accounting, Economics, Computer Information Systems, Statistics or General Business.

Responsibilities

• Provide software support and implementation guidance to clients utilizing the financial accounting and business operations functions in Yardi's property management software.
• Introduce clients to the Yardi suite of products and services.
• Partner with Technical Account Management team during client training sessions related to new software upgrades and functionality.
• Provide amazing customer support while learning to assist clients with troubleshooting software concerns.
• Assist in the support of client software installation and configuration.
• Be part of a great team and collaborate with team members across the organization.

As an Intern on the Client Services team, you will provide software support and implementation guidance to clients utilizing the financial accounting and business operations functions in Yardi's property management software.
