Job summary

Yardi Systems, Inc. invites university students to its Summer Internship Program on the Client Services team, offering hands-on experience with real estate SaaS and property management software. You will gain exposure to cutting-edge Proptech solutions while supporting clients and learning core business operations.

You will train with the Technical Account Management team, assist in software upgrades, and provide excellent customer support as you become a subject-matter expert in Yardi’s suite.

Qualifications

• Junior or senior college student majoring in Accounting, Economics, CIS, Statistics or General Business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
• Great attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn new concepts.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Introduce clients to the Yardi suite of products.
• Collaborate with Technical Account Management during client training sessions.
• Provide customer support while learning to troubleshoot software concerns.
• Assist in installation and configuration of client software.
• Work with teammates across the organization.
