Job summary

Yardi invites motivated students to join its Summer Internship Program on the Client Services team in the United States. You will provide software support and implementation guidance for Yardi's property management software while gaining expertise in Proptech.

You will collaborate with the Technical Account Management team during client training on upgrades and functionality, delivering excellent customer service and learning the workflow end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Majors in Accounting, Economics, Computer Information Systems, Statistics or General Business for internship eligibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to follow processes.
• Attention to detail and the ability to learn new concepts quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with software support and implementation guidance for Yardi's property management software.
• Collaborate with Technical Account Management during training sessions for upgrades and new functionality.
• Provide customer support and help troubleshoot software concerns.
