The PropTech Infrastructure Technician role at The RMR Group is based in our Atlanta, GA office with four days onsite. You will support deployment, administration, and ongoing operation of property technology across assets, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely rollouts that protect critical systems relied on by residents and onsite teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, telecom, engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years supporting technology at an infrastructure level.
• Experience deploying PropTech solutions (access control, smart locks, video intercoms, managed Wi‑Fi).
• Experience coordinating with third‑party vendors and MSPs to resolve issues.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel to assets as needed.

Responsabilités

• Assist in deploying Connected Communities (Smart Home) programs across assets.
• Drive adoption and engagement with onsite teams to boost leasing activity.
• Monitor system health, provisioning, and documentation; coordinate tests and actions.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity; coordinate service tickets and escalations.
• Maintain telecom inventory and assist with monthly billing processing.
• Support asset acquisitions/dispositions including inventory and service transfers.
