Job summary

The RMR Group is hiring a PropTech Infrastructure Technician to support deployment, administration and ongoing operation of property technology across commercial assets. This Atlanta-based role emphasizes on-site work, vendor coordination and proactive system management to ensure reliable smart-building services for residents and tenants.

Applicants should bring 4–6 years of infra-level tech experience, knowledge of networking, and hands-on PropTech deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 4–6 years supporting infrastructure-level technology.
• Experience deploying PropTech solutions and coordinating with vendors.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to assets as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist deployment of Connected Communities (Smart Home) program on-site.
• Coordinate with operations, marketing, engineering and asset teams to drive leasing activity.
• Monitor system health and coordinate tests, patches and firmware upgrades.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software/connectivity issues and manage service tickets.
• Maintain telecom inventory and assist with monthly billing and asset transfers.
• Support acquisitions/dispositions with tech integrations and transfers.
