Job summary

Titan Corp in Georgia is seeking maintenance technicians to service our growing property portfolio and deliver excellent resident support. The role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordinating with the Community Director to keep communities safe and well-maintained.

Eligible candidates hold CMRT, EPA, and CPO certifications, present a clean uniform, and can pass background checks and drug screening. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• CMRT, EPA, and CPO certifications are required.
• Ability to perform maintenance tasks with physical demands.
• Strong customer-service and resident-facing communication.
• Clean-cut appearance and proper uniform daily.
• Able to pass background check and drug screening.
• Able to pass agility test and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests promptly and maintain clean work areas.
• Perform routine maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Inspect and replace light bulbs and security lights as needed.
• Assist with pool and amenity-area maintenance.
• Move equipment and supplies safely using proper lifting techniques.
• Maintain grounds and assist with building repairs when required.
• Attend to resident concerns with professional communication.
