Fehr & Peers is seeking a Proposal & Marketing Coordinator to join our transportation consulting team. You will work closely with project managers, principals, and marketing professionals to craft standout proposals and marketing materials.

This role offers growth opportunities and sits in multiple CA offices including Pasadena and Orange County, with potential in Phoenix. Strong writing, editing, and design skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Strong writing, editing, grammar, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the coordination of marketing efforts from pre-RFP release to time of submittal (proposals, interview preparation, pre-bids, resume updates, qualification development, and weekly meetings).
• Collaborate with project managers, senior management, and other staff to plan, coordinate, and produce qualifications, proposals, and presentations, and meet deadlines.
• Manage the proposal process and ensure proposals comply with RFP/RFQ instructions and requirements.
• Coordinate information from internal clients, external consultants, and other team members for proposals and presentations.
• Contribute to content development (writing, editing, proofreading) for qualifications, proposals, and presentations.
• Use brand guidelines and design resources to create graphics and copy for marketing pursuits.
• Work with business development leaders to coordinate strategic materials and communications.
