Job summary

Fehr & Peers is seeking a Proposal & Marketing Coordinator to support the preparation of proposals and marketing materials across multiple offices in CA and AZ. You will work closely with project managers, principals, and marketing peers to develop compelling content and manage deadlines.

You will contribute to qualifications, proposals, and presentations, ensuring brand-consistent design and copy. A portfolio is encouraged and experience in design tools is valuable.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in marketing/content roles.
• Strong writing, editing, grammar, and verbal communication.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination of marketing efforts from pre-RFP release to submittal, including proposals and interviews.
• Collaborate with project managers and senior management to plan qualifications, proposals, and presentations and meet deadlines.
• Manage the proposal process and ensure compliance with RFP/RFQ instructions and requirements.
• Coordinate information from internal clients, external consultants, and team members for proposal materials.
• Contribute to content development (writing, editing, proofreading) for qualifications, proposals, and presentations.
• Create attractive graphics and copy using brand guidelines and design resources for marketing pursuits.
