Job summary

Fehr & Peers seeks a Proposal Coordinator to join our Seattle team. You will craft high-quality proposals, collaborate with project managers, principals, and marketing colleagues, and ensure compliance with client requirements.

The role supports growth, quality, and timely submittals within a flexible hybrid setup in the Seattle office. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of proposal coordination, experience with A/E procurement processes, and strong writing and design skills using Adobe Creative

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proposal coordination experience.
• Experience with Washington State public sector procurement preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to coordination of marketing efforts from pre-RFP to submittal.
• Collaborate with project managers and senior management to plan and produce qualifications, proposals, and presentations.
• Own the proposal process and ensure compliance with RFP/RFQ requirements.
• Coordinate information from internal colleagues and external teaming partners.
• Review and draft content for qualifications, proposals, and presentations.
• Support researching and tracking potential project opportunities and procurement notices.
• Use brand guidelines to create attractive graphics and documents for pursuits.
• Update databases of project opportunities, resumes, and qualifications materials.
