You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and SMEs to craft customer-focused responses that differentiate Meritain Health and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in RFP writing, proposal development, and client management.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the insurance industry with knowledge of products, processes, and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, review, and delivery of high-quality proposal responses that accurately reflect Meritain Health’s capabilities and competitive advantages.
• Serve as the final quality authority for RFPs and questionnaires, ensuring accuracy, consistency, compliance, and strategic alignment prior to submission.
• Shape proposal strategy and content, strengthening competitive positioning and influencing how Meritain Health presents its solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and Subject Matter Experts to develop customer-focused responses that differentiate Meritain Health.
