Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in RFP writing, proposal development, and client management.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with demonstrated knowledge of insurance products, processes, and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, review, and delivery of high-quality proposal responses.
• Act as final quality authority for RFPs and questionnaires, ensuring accuracy, consistency, compliance, and strategic alignment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Subject Matter Experts to create compelling, customer-focused responses.
