Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager, Proposals to lead the development, review, and delivery of high-quality proposal responses that accurately represent Meritain Health’s capabilities and competitive advantages.

This role collaborates with Sales, Product, Operations, and Subject Matter Experts to craft customer-focused responses that differentiate Meritain Health in the marketplace and support business growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in RFP writing, proposal development, and client management.
• 3–5 years of experience in the insurance industry with demonstrated knowledge of insurance products and client needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Journalism, Communications, or a related field, and/or equivalent relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, review, and delivery of high-quality proposal responses.
• Serve as final quality authority for RFPs and questionnaires prior to submission.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Subject Matter Experts to craft customer-focused responses.
