Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager, Proposals to lead the development, review, and delivery of high-quality RFP responses that showcase Meritain Health’s capabilities and competitive advantages. This role ensures accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment before submission.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Operations and Subject Matter Experts to craft customer-focused responses that differentiate Meritain Health and support business growth. This is an individual contributor role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in RFP writing, proposal development, and client management.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with knowledge of insurance products and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, review, and delivery of high-quality proposal responses that accurately reflect Meritain Health’s capabilities and competitive advantages.
• Serve as the final quality authority for RFPs and related questionnaires, ensuring accuracy, consistency, compliance, and strategic alignment prior to submission.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Operations and Subject Matter Experts to develop compelling, customer-focused responses that differentiate Meritain Health.
