Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager, Proposals to lead the development, review and delivery of high-quality RFP responses, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment before submission.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Operations and subject matter experts to craft customer-focused proposals that differentiate Meritain Health and drive business growth. This role is full-time and requires at least five years in RFP writing and insurance industry experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in RFP writing, proposal development, and client management.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with knowledge of products and client needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Journalism, Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, review and delivery of high‑quality proposal responses.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, compliance and strategic alignment prior to submission.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations and SMEs to craft customer‑focused proposals.
