Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of proposal writing and estimating experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple proposals under tight deadlines with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical proposals based on templates and estimates for level of effort and fees.
• Coordinate with service line leaders to ensure proposals reflect SOCOTEC’s expertise and advantages.
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance to produce complete proposal packages.
• Maintain client and project data in the CRM (Deltek) and refine templates with the Proposal Team Manager.
