SOCOTEC is seeking a Proposal Writer for our Buildings & Real Estate team. The role focuses on developing proposals and estimates for private and public-sector clients, coordinating with service line leaders and ensuring proposals reflect our technical expertise.

The position is full-time with a minimum of four days in the office per week and up to one remote day, offering mentorship, training, and social activities as part of a supportive workplace culture.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1 to 2 years of proposal writing and estimating experience desirable.
• Strong written communication and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate proposals and estimates under the Proposal Manager.
• Interact with clients and service line leaders to gather inputs.
• Develop technical proposals using templates and estimates of effort and fees.
• Ensure proposals reflect SOCOTEC's expertise and client requirements.
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance to finalize proposal packages.
• Review proposal language for clarity, grammar and accuracy.
• Enter and maintain client and project data in CRM (Deltek).
• Refine templates, narratives, and graphics based on feedback.
