Job summary

Plus Relocation Services is seeking a Proposal Writer to own the end-to-end RFP process, coordinating with business development, client relations, and subject matter experts. You will craft persuasive, client-focused responses and create polished materials for proposals and finalist presentations.

You’ll use AI tools to accelerate research, drafting and quality checks, while helping shape how we implement AI across the function.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proposal or RFP writing experience.
• Experience in relocation, HR services, benefits, or other B2B services is a plus, but not required.
• Strong, clean writing and a sharp editing eye; AP Style familiarity is helpful.
• Comfort managing multiple deadlines and keeping stakeholders aligned.

Responsibilities

• Own each RFP from intake to submission, coordinating with business development, client relations, and subject matter experts.
• Write and refine persuasive, client-focused responses.
• Build polished supporting materials for proposals and finalist presentations, including decks and handouts.
• Use AI tools to research, draft, and quality-check faster and help shape usage.
• Track wins and losses and share learnings to improve future proposals.
• Contribute to case studies, website copy, and marketing content between proposals.

What you’ll do

• Own each RFP from intake to submission, coordinating with business development, client relations, and subject matter experts.

• Build polished supporting materials for proposals and finalist presentations, including decks and handouts.
• Use AI tools like Claude to research, draft, and quality-check faster. You’ll also help shape how we use them.
• Track wins and losses and share what you learn so every proposal gets stronger.
• Between proposals, contribute to case studies, website copy, and other marketing content.

What you bring

• 2+ years of proposal or RFP writing experience. Experience in relocation, HR services, benefits, or other B2B services is a plus, but not required.
• Strong, clean writing and a sharp editing eye. AP Style familiarity is helpful.
• Comfort managing multiple deadlines and keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Solid skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Curiosity about AI tools, and the judgment to verify what they produce.
• A focus on the reader in everything you write.

• A base salary of $58,000–$73,000
  This is a good faith estimate based on current benchmarks. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
