Responsibilities

• Create customized and comprehensive proposals, ensuring RFQ/RFP compliance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to compile information from technical, business development, marketing, and partners.
• Manage proposal timelines and coordinate with contributors to meet deadlines.
• Lead and develop the proposal team toward high performance and efficiency.
• Craft persuasive stories and visuals to reflect brand and project experience.
• Edit and proofread content for completeness, coherence, and accuracy.
• Develop proposal templates and graphics for consistency and quality.
