Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.
• 7-10 years proven proposal experience in the AEC industry; Civil Engineering a plus.
• Strong knowledge of the RFP/RFQ process for state, county, and municipal transportation agencies.
• Advanced InDesign skills and proficiency with other Adobe products.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create customized and comprehensive proposals, ensuring full RFQ/RFP compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to gather information and manage deliverables from multiple contributors.
• Manage proposal timelines and coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Oversee multiple concurrent proposals and allocate resources accordingly.
• Review RFQs/RFPs to craft clear proposal roadmaps and winning strategies.
• Conduct necessary research and weave persuasive stories with strong graphics.
• Write, edit, and proofread proposal content for coherence and compliance.
• Help build a highly productive and successful proposal team.
• Identify efficiencies in the proposal production process and implement templates.
