Infrastructure Engineering Inc. (IEI) is seeking a seasoned Proposal Team Lead to guide a fast-paced, collaborative group responsible for responding to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs in civil and structural engineering.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of proposal crafting experience in the AEC industry, advanced InDesign skills, and a proven ability to weave persuasive stories with compelling graphics while managing tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of proposal crafting experience in the AEC industry.
• Strong knowledge of RFP/RFQ processes for state, county, and municipal agencies.
• Advanced InDesign skills; proficiency with other Adobe products a plus.
• Exceptional writing and editing with attention to detail.
• Ability to develop visually compelling graphics for proposals and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create customized proposals and ensure full RFQ/RFP compliance.
• Collaborate with technical, BD, marketing, and teaming partners to gather content.
• Manage timelines and coordinate with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Oversee multiple concurrent proposals and allocate team resources.
• Review RFQs/RFPs to craft clear proposal roadmaps.
• Develop graphics, layouts, and templates to strengthen proposals.
• Write, edit, and proofread content for coherence and impact.
