Infrastructure Engineering Inc. in Newark, NJ seeks an experienced Proposal Team Lead to craft winning responses to RFQs/RFPs in the civil/structural engineering realm.

You will manage the proposal lifecycle, coordinate multi-disciplinary inputs, and weave persuasive narratives with compelling graphics. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of experience in proposals, strong InDesign and Adobe skills, and a track record of producing compliant, award-ready submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.
• 7–10 years proven experience crafting proposals in the AEC industry; civil engineering focus is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of the RFP/RFQ process for state, county, and municipal transportation agencies.
• Advanced InDesign skills; proficiency with other Adobe products is a plus.
• Excellent writing and editing with attention to detail and visuals.

Responsibilities

• Create customized and comprehensive proposals ensuring full RFQ/RFP compliance.
• Coordinate inputs from technical, business development, marketing, and teaming partners.
• Manage proposal timelines and deadlines across stakeholders.
• Lead and grow the proposal team while improving production efficiency.
• Develop persuasive stories and cohesive visuals to reflect the company brand.
