Job summary

Infrastructure Engineering Inc. (IEI) is seeking an experienced Proposal Team Lead to guide a cross-functional team in crafting winning responses for RFQs and RFPs in the civil/structural engineering space. The role focuses on storytelling, strategic planning, and high-quality graphics to showcase the firm’s capabilities.

You will manage timelines, collaborate with technical, BD, and marketing partners, and mentor team members in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field; 7–10 years crafting proposals in AEC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create customized and comprehensive proposals, ensuring full compliance with RFQ/RFP requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to compile information from multiple contributors – technical, BD, internal marketing, and teaming partners.
• Manage proposal timelines and coordinate with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Engage/manage proposal team resources to produce multiple concurrent proposals.
• Review RFQs/RFPs to develop clear proposal roadmaps and conduct necessary research.
• Weave persuasive stories with cohesive themes and strong graphics/layouts to reflect our brand and experience.
