Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in RFP writing, proposal development, and client management.
• 3–5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with knowledge of insurance products and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, review, and delivery of high-quality proposal responses that reflect Meritain Health’s capabilities and competitive advantages.
• Serve as the final quality authority for RFPs and questionnaires prior to submission.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and Subject Matter Experts to develop compelling, customer-focused responses.
• Strengthen proposal strategy and content consistency to support business growth.
