Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in RFP writing, proposal development, and client management.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with knowledge of insurance products, processes, and client needs.

Responsibilities

Lead the development, review, and delivery of high-quality proposal responses.
Serve as the final quality authority for RFPs and related questionnaires, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
Shape proposal strategy, strengthen competitive positioning, and influence how Meritain Health presents capabilities and solutions.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Subject Matter Experts to develop customer-focused responses that differentiate Meritain Health.
