Job summary

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in marketing/related field with 4+ years in marketing or sales for professional services, strong communication skills, and familiarity with InDesign and APMP. Travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field, and 4 years in marketing, business development, or sales with a professional services firm.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Certified Proposal Management Professional (APMP) or equivalent preferred; Adobe InDesign proficiency strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposal plan, draft storyboards, develop proposal and win strategy, team assignments, and initial proposal management plan.
• Perform pink team review and adjust marketing materials in response to review and requests.
• Review go/no-go decisions, kickoff meetings, and develop graphics and visuals.
• Post-submittal activities including interviews in the checkmate phase.
• Develop a negotiated contract outline and deliver proposal services per the checkmate phase.
• Support development of metrics including change orders, safety, budget, schedule, diversity goals, and community involvement.
