Merrick & Company seeks a Proposal Coordinator in Greenwood Village, CO to support pursuit efforts across marketing, design, and proposal workflows. You will write, edit, and proofread content, research internal sources, and manage CRM data to aid competitive proposals.

Flexibility in a hybrid schedule supports in-office and remote work. You should have a Bachelor’s in English, communications, or journalism, with 3+ years in proposal coordination and strong InDesign/Microsoft Word skills;

Qualifikationen

• Requires BA/BS in English, journalism, communications, or related field.
• Experience in proposal strategy/preparation in A/E/C preferred.
• Three years as a proposal coordinator preferred; strong writing/editing/proofreading.

• Write, edit, and proofread proposals and resumes.
• Research internal documents to aid proposal creation.
• Maintain CRM and pull applicable data.
• Coordinate with graphic artists for proposal graphics.
• Lead kickoff meetings and strategy sessions; support reviews.
