Planate Management Group is looking for a skilled Proposal Coordinator to работать closely with cross-functional teams in Richmond, Virginia. You will oversee the full proposal lifecycle, ensuring all deliverables meet compliance requirements while collaborating directly with technical project managers and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess strong proposal writing, editing skills, and have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with 1–3 years in proposal coordination. Full-time employees enjoy substantial benefits including medical, 401K eligibility, and training support.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in proposal coordination, proposal writing, or technical writing.
• Experience preparing responses to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, EOIs, and SOQs, preferably within the A/E industry.
• Familiarity with government contracting processes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Develop and maintain compliance matrices.
• Lead or participate in proposal kick‑off meetings.
• Research, write, edit, and format proposal content.
• Coordinate final assembly and electronic submission of proposal packages.
