Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in proposal coordination or technical writing.
• Experience preparing responses to RFPs, RFQs, and SOQs in the A/E industry.
• Proficient with government contracting processes.

• Analyze Requests for Proposals and develop compliance matrices.
• Lead proposal kick-off meetings and coordinate marketing submissions.
• Manage proposal correspondence and facilitate reviews.
