Planate Management Group is seeking a skilled Proposal Coordinator in Austin, Texas. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop winning proposals and manage the full proposal lifecycle, ensuring compliance with requirements.

Your responsibilities will include leading proposal meetings, drafting content, and coordinating final submissions. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in proposal coordination, proposal writing, or technical writing.
• Experience preparing responses to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, EOIs, Sources Sought, and Statements of Qualifications.
• Familiarity with government contracting processes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret Requests for Proposals and other solicitation documents.
• Develop and maintain compliance matrices for proposals.
• Coordinate proposal production and support final deliverables.
