Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in proposal preparation or technical proposal writing.
• Demonstrated experience in government proposal preparation.
• Industry knowledge in disaster response, defense, or construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare competitive proposals, presentations, and qualifications.
• Track and manage active and completed proposals.
• Develop compliance matrices and proposal outlines.
• Evaluate and clarify client requirements.
• Produce electronic and hard-copy proposal deliverables.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts.
• Perform quality assurance checks for proposals.
• Analyze unsuccessful proposals for improvement.
• Maintain and update proposal templates.
• Ensure compliance with company data security standards.
• Support other assigned projects as needed.
