• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

• Ability to analyze detailed solicitation requirements and organize information logically.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Proposal Managers, subject matter experts, and leadership.
• This role may require evening or weekend work to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal activities and maintain proposal processes and resources.
• Maintain proposal email box and route communications.
• Create SharePoint folder structures and initial documents for opportunities.
• Develop proposal shells and outlines based on requirements.
• Assist in developing schedules and coordinate contributors.
• Proofread and peer review proposal content for quality and compliance.
• Support proposal production and final file preparation.
• Maintain boilerplate, résumés, templates, and reusable resources.
• Coordinate open records and FOIA requests related to proposals.
• Assist with proposal process improvement and tools.
