Job summary

Paladin Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Specialist to support end-to-end proposal processes from RFP/RFQ review to final submission. You will work closely with leadership and internal teams to craft accurate, compelling, and compliant materials while juggling multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2+ years in proposal management, a relevant bachelor's degree, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Qualifications

2+ years of proposal management or proposal development experience.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or related field.
Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and attention-to-detail skills.
Strong understanding of RFP/RFQ processes, proposal requirements, and compliance.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Ability and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays when business needs require it.
Ability to work onsite in DFW, Austin, or Houston, TX offices.

Responsibilities
