Qualifications

• 2+ years of proposal management or proposal development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or related field.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong understanding of RFP/RFQ processes, proposal requirements, and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays when business needs require it.
• Ability to work onsite in DFW, Austin, or Houston, TX offices.
