Integra is seeking a Commercial Development Specialist to lead the proposal strategy for complex data-center and industrial pursuits. You will combine pricing, engineering inputs, schedules, and technical content into clear, accurate submissions.

The role requires advanced Excel, strong writing skills, and ability to coordinate across Sales, Estimating, Engineering, and Finance. Flexible remote work and national opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in proposal development or related roles.
• Experience supporting data center, manufacturing, or industrial pursuits.
• Strong written and oral communication for proposals.
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, lookups, and pivots.
• Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint; CRM or document management a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop qualification packages and proposals for complex data center opportunities.
• Translate requirements into compliant response plans and submissions.
• Write and tailor technical and commercial content.
• Coordinate reviews and ensure brand and quality standards.
• Prepare pricing models and scenario analyses with cross-functional input.
• Maintain proposal libraries and version control.
