Job summary

CPG is seeking a Proposal Associate in Ashburn, VA, with remote or hybrid options for strong Commercial or Data Center Estimating experience. The role supports Sales and Operations/Project Managers in developing proposal packages and coordinating internal resources to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

The position involves interacting with Estimation, Preconstruction, Engineering, CX, and Operations teams, plus assisting in startup packages and presentations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales with gathering data for Preconstruction/Estimation deliverables.
• Lead weekly estimation deliverable meetings across lines of business.
• Prepare proposals for Data Center Implementation, Design Build, Turnkey, White Space Fit Out, and Service Operations.
• Coordinate with Marketing to ensure proposal components are included.
• Assist startup packages for project handoffs upon award.
