Job summary

IntePros is seeking an experienced Product Manager with an engineering background to support the development and delivery of large-scale data center infrastructure projects. This role focuses on pre-construction site planning, design readiness, and technical due diligence for new data center regions.

You’ll join a global strategy team working across design, energy, and real estate to ensure sites move from planning to execution. Remote work with minimal U.S.-based travel applies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading data center design projects.
• Strong land development and civil site planning.
• Experience in design management and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam.
• Familiarity with Navisworks, SketchUp, and MS Office.
• Solid understanding of building codes and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence during data center site evaluations.
• Oversee predesign phase and deliver actionable docs to design teams.
• Collaborate with civil, mechanical, electrical, and architectural stakeholders.
• Evaluate high- to medium-voltage substation designs with energy teams.
• Analyze site layouts, infrastructure intercepts, and risk impact.
• Support multiple concurrent U.S.-based projects.
• Communicate clearly and escalate issues across teams.
