Job summary

Integra Mission Critical, LLC. is seeking a Commercial Development Specialist to drive client-facing proposals for data center and manufacturing opportunities.

You will fuse pricing, engineering inputs, schedules, and documentation into compelling commercial submissions in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong Excel-based analysis, attention to detail, and collaboration across Sales, Estimating, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Legal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in proposal development, sales ops, or similar roles.
• Experience supporting complex data center, manufacturing, or industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop qualification packages, proposals, RFI responses for complex data center opportunities.
• Prepare pricing analyses, costing models, and scenario analyses using cross-functional inputs.
• Translate customer requirements into compliant response plans and content outlines.
