Job summary

Terracon is seeking a proposal and marketing communications specialist to support offices with SOQs and proposals. You will write and edit resumes, project descriptions, and management plans, and you will help organize pursuit data and content libraries.

You will conduct market research, assist with events and collateral, and participate in video production support as needed. A strong eye for detail and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field and 2 years of marketing/communications exp; or 6 years of related exp in lieu of degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign.
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of the AEC industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and respond to SOQs and proposals.
• Write new content and edit resumes, project descriptions, and management plans to support proposals.
• Research and gather information for proposals and presentations; format and rewrite content as needed.
• Use Pursuit Project Plans to organize information, deadlines, and actions for pursuit teams.
• Conduct market research on clients and pursuits to provide insights and win strategies.
• Organize and maintain a content library of resumes, project capsules, and standard narratives.
• Organize events and trade shows and assist with marketing collateral and video tasks.
• Provide data entry for CRM systems and vendor forms; update resumes and project capsules.
