• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field, plus two years of marketing/communications experience; or six years of related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and respond to SOQs and proposals.
• Write new content and edit resumes, project descriptions, and management plans.
• Research and gather information for proposals and presentations, including resumes and forms.
• Organize information, deadlines, and action items for pursuit teams.
• Develop local and regional marketing collateral and assist video production as needed.
• Provide data entry for CRM systems and vendor forms.
