Terracon is seeking a Proposal Support specialist based in Charleston or Greenville, SC, to assist the creation and customization of SOQs and proposals for project opportunities. You will edit resumes, project descriptions, and management plans to strengthen messaging and win potential.

The role involves market research, content organization, and collaboration with the communications team on collateral and video tasks.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field, plus two years of marketing experience.
• Or six years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Read and respond to project- and client-specific SOQs and proposals.
• Write new content and edit resumes, project descriptions, and management plans.
• Research proposals and prepare supporting documentation for submissions.
• Organize information, deadlines, and action items for pursuit teams.
• Develop local marketing collateral and assist with video production as needed.
• Maintain content library of resumes, project capsules, photos, and narratives.
• Support events and trade shows and assist CRM data entry.
