The role requires a strong writing background, Indesign expertise, and experience with CRM systems to track opportunities and outcomes. Hybrid work applies with in-office collaboration three days weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, business, or related field.
• 2–5 years of A/E/C proposal or marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of public-sector procurement and proposal processes.
• Familiarity with RFP/RFQ requirements and compliance.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Adobe InDesign

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination, preparation, and delivery of proposals, including SF 330s, qualifications packages, technical proposals, and presentations.
• Manage multiple concurrent pursuits, ensuring schedules, deadlines, and compliance requirements are met.
• Develop pursuit outlines, schedules, and production plans; facilitate kickoff meetings and track progress.
• Facilitate pursuit planning meetings, including capture, kickoff, and reviews (Pink/Red/Gold Team).
• Assist with presentation preparation and materials.
• Partner with technical staff and SMEs to develop tailored proposal content.
• Prepare key proposal components including resumes, project descriptions, and graphics.
• Oversee proposal production, including editing, formatting, and layout using InDesign.
• Ensure submissions are fully compliant and meet quality standards.
• Maintain CRM data, opportunity tracking, go/no-go decisions, and outcomes.
• Support development and maintenance of marketing materials and content libraries.
• Conduct research on clients, competitors, and opportunities.
