Job summary

You will provide admin support, manage data and resumes, help plan client development activities, coordinate events, and prepare presentations, upholding HDR's collaborative culture and high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and developing proposals, rosters, qualifications, brochures, and presentations.
• Provide administrative support for the marketing team, including data entry, note taking, technical editing, document assembly, production coordination, proposal delivery, and electronic file organization.
• Support client development teams with marketing activity planning, research, and data management.
• Maintain the marketing database, including resumes, project descriptions, and photography.
• Conduct research and distribute marketing information, including RFQs, proposals, and bids.
• Coordinate conference attendance or sponsorship and other events.
• Perform other duties as needed.
