Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and development of proposals, rosters, qualifications, brochures, and presentations.
• Provide administrative support for the marketing team including data entry and document assembly.
• Support client development teams with activity planning, research, and data management.
• Maintain marketing database with resumes, project descriptions, and photography.
• Distribute marketing information and coordinate events and sponsorships.
• Coordinate conference attendance and other events.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
