Job summary

JMT is seeking a Marketing Assistant in Austin to support regional and corporate staff with daily operations. The role emphasizes proposal support, document formatting, and administrative marketing tasks, with preferred graphic design skills.

Responsibilities include lead tracking, CRM data entry, asset management, and maintaining marketing collateral. Hybrid work may be available after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communication or related field or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Daily review of client procurement websites and related systems to identify marketing leads and opportunities.
• Daily data entry of leads, opportunities, and other information into the CRM database.
• Data entry and oversight of Open Asset (JMT's digital asset management photo database).
• Clerical support for the Marketing Department.
• Maintain marketing materials, including resumes, boilerplate information, project descriptions, photographs, subcontractor information, etc.
