Job summary

Qualifications

• General understanding of AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude for research, content development, and improving proposal quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and proposal-related efforts for all stages of pursuits (qualifications, RFQs, RFPs and presentations, award submittals, as necessary)
• Collaborate with capture managers and technical leads to identify differentiators and craft persuasive client-focused proposal content
• Work with the creative team to develop graphics and visuals that reinforce win themes and improve proposal quality
• Coordinate and produce proposals submitted as prime and subconsultants, including teaming outreach
• Support Key Account Management (KAM) program and identify new business opportunities
• Create and manage content for staff and project qualifications
• Assist with research and event coordination for networking, awards, and conferences

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Leading marketing and proposal-related efforts for all stages of pursuits (qualifications, RFQs, RFPs and presentations, award submittals, as necessary)
• Collaborate with capture managers and technical leads to identify key differentiators, develop compelling win themes, and craft persuasive, client-focused proposal content that positions EnTech for success
• Work closely with EnTech’s creative team to develop impactful graphics, infographics, and other visual elements that reinforce win themes, communicate key messages, and strengthen the overall quality and competitiveness of proposals
• Coordination and production of proposals submitted as a prime and subconsultants, including teaming outreach
• Actively support EnTech’s Key Account Management (KAM) program, working closely with the KAM team to strengthen relationships with key clients, support strategic growth initiatives, and identify new business opportunities
• Management and creation of content for staff and project qualifications
• Business development efforts including assistance with research, coordinating and registering for networking events, award ceremonies, and conferences

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing in AEC, professional services, or a related industry preferred
• Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills, with an eye for the little details
• Proficiency with InDesign and a working knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite programs including Photoshop and Illustrator
• General understanding of AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude, with the ability to leverage these tools for research, content development, and implementing best practices to improve proposal quality and efficiency

Estimated Annual Compensation

$110,000-$130,000
