Job summary

• Proficiency with InDesign and a working knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite programs including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• General understanding of AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude, with ability to leverage these tools for research, content development, and improving proposal quality.

Responsibilities

• Leading marketing and proposal-related efforts for all stages of pursuits (qualifications, RFQs, RFPs and presentations, award submittals, as necessary)
• Collaborate with capture managers and technical leads to identify key differentiators, develop win themes, and craft persuasive client-focused proposal content
• Work closely with EnTech’s creative team to develop impactful graphics, infographics, and other visual elements that reinforce win themes and communicate key messages
• Coordination and production of proposals submitted as a prime and subconsultants, including teaming outreach
• Actively support EnTech’s Key Account Management (KAM) program, strengthening relationships with key clients and identifying new business opportunities
• Management and creation of content for staff and project qualifications
• Business development efforts including research, networking events, award ceremonies and conferences

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing in AEC, professional services, or a related industry preferred
• Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills, with an eye for the little details
• Proficiency with InDesign and a working knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite programs including Photoshop and Illustrator
• General understanding of AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude, with the ability to leverage these tools for research, content development, and implementing best practices to improve proposal quality and efficiency
