Job summary

EnTech Engineering, PC in New York, NY is seeking a detail-oriented proposal professional to elevate our marketing and bidding efforts. You will take ownership of RFQs, RFPs and presentations, crafting client-focused content that differentiates EnTech in competitive bids.

You will collaborate with capture managers, technical leads and the creative team to produce compelling graphics and persuasive copy, strengthening overall proposal quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience in AEC, professional services, or related field.
• Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to improve proposal content.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and proposal-related efforts for RFQs, RFPs, qualifications and presentations.
• Collaborate with capture managers and technical leads to craft win themes.
• Work with creative team to develop graphics, infographics and visuals.
• Coordinate proposals as prime and subconsultants, including teaming outreach.
• Support Key Account Management and identify new business opportunities.
• Manage content for staff and project qualifications; assist BD activities.
