Job summary

The Manager, Proposals at CVS Health’s Meritain Health leads the development, review, and delivery of high-quality RFP responses that accurately reflect capabilities and competitive advantages. This role serves as the final quality authority before submission.

They partner with Sales, Product, Operations and Subject Matter Experts to craft customer-focused proposals that differentiate Meritain Health and support business growth. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in RFP writing, proposal development, and client management.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Hiring preference for candidates who can work East Coast business hours.
• 3–5 years of experience with Meritain Health, including cross-functional collaboration across teams to meet business and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, review, and delivery of high-quality proposal responses.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, compliance, and strategic alignment prior to submission.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations and Subject Matter Experts to craft customer-focused responses that differentiate Meritain Health.
