Qualifications

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Review solicitations to identify admin and compliance requirements.
• Manage proposal development from receipt to final submission.
• Create and maintain proposal schedules, budgets, and compliance matrices.
• Coordinate inputs from engineering, finance, contracts, and leadership.
• Maintain proposal libraries and past performance databases.
• Support continuous improvement of proposal processes and tools.
• Provide admin support to leadership and coordination of schedules.
