Ladders is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager for its Enterprise Proposal Center to lead end-to-end development of complex federal proposals. This remote role coordinates cross-functional teams across BD, capture, operations, and subject matter experts to ensure compliant, persuasive responses.

Candidates should have deep knowledge of federal procurement, strong project leadership, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining quality and deadlines.

Formación

• 12+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years with a Master's degree.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, complex proposals for federal agencies.
• Comprehensive understanding of FAR/DFARS.

• Lead the proposal development process from kickoff through final delivery.

• Develop proposal schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices.
• Ensure proposals meet all RFP requirements and submission guidelines.

• Oversee production and submission of final proposal documents.
• Conduct post-submission debriefings to identify opportunities for improvement.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Proposal Manager / Enterprise Proposal Center supporting the Intelligence & Cyber Business Unit to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will lead the end-to-end proposal development process for complex federal opportunities, coordinating timelines, reviews, and deliverables to support competitive submissions. The position partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders across business development, capture, operations, and subject matter experts to shape compliant, persuasive proposal responses. Success in this role will require strong command of federal procurement practices and the ability to manage multiple moving parts while keeping quality, strategy, and deadlines aligned.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $160,000 - $185,000 annually
